1. Applicant Qualifications

An applicant should have a high school diploma or equivalency and should be between the age of 18 and 60.

A degree-searching applicant should hold a certificate of HSK5 or above.

2.  Required Documents:

Application form (With schedule)

A copy of the guarantor's valid certificate (passport or identity card)

A copy of the final diploma or proof of study.

Photocopy of passport (valid for more than 6 months)

Photo (digital copy) (blue background, for applying for the campus card)

A copy of transfer receipt of the registration fee

*Additional information may be required based on the student’s status.

*All materials submitted will not be returned.

6. Apply for a Visa

After receiving the admission letter and JW 202 Form, the applicant can apply for a student visa from the Chinese Consulate in their home country.

Within 30 days after entry to China, the applicant should apply for residence permit with the assistance of ZCST.

7. Refund

To apply for refund, the applicant is required to submit the admission letter, tuition transfer receipt (original copy), and refund application.

Refund amount:

Before class: full refund of tuition fee.

Within 7 days after class has begun: refund 70% of the tuition fee.

After the first week of the class: no refund.

* The registration fee is not refundable.


Supplemental instruction

1.All incoming learners must be physically and mentally healthy.

2.Students of Chinese government scholarships and inter-school exchange agreements shall comply with the relevant regulations.
